Dr Emily Frost graduated from Flinders University Medical School in 2012 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Prior to this she worked at the Lyell McEwin Hospital where she gained extended skills in both Paediatrics and Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
Dr Frost has a Diploma in Child Health and has completed the FPAA Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health. She is trained in both intrauterine device and Implanon insertion and removal. She is also a registered provider of Antenatal Shared Care and is accredited in Neuroprotective Developmental Care (aka Possums NDC for Mothers and Babies).
She also has experience with treatment of iron deficiency and is able to provide iron infusions when required.
Outside of work Dr Frost enjoys spending time with her family, including her two young children and Labrador Harvey, the outdoors, Pilates and reading.
